2022 Convention Presidents
Chad is a graduate of Bushnell University and Fuller Theological Seminary (MDiv), and is currently serving as pastor of Dayspring Fellowship in Eugene. He also is a High School Director at a local Charter School, and is passionate about teaching and life on life coaching / discipleship.
Becca is a third generation Convention lifer, and is passionate about the ministry the NWCN provides for pastors, leaders, and families. She serves on the NWCN Board, owns her own business as a graphic designer, and is raising two lovely little girls, Eleanor and Eliza. She is also a Bushnell University Alum.

Matthew Holmes was raised in Spokane, Washington and now serves as senior minister at Turner Christian Church. His passions include Christian unity, the story of the Bible, and his family. Casey was born on a dairy farm in central Illinois and holds degrees from Eureka College, Oxford University and Baylor University. Her current projects include volunteering for the NWCN Tabernacle Rehabilitation Project, the Yesterday in Turner Historical Society, and raising two beautiful kids, James and Charlotte.

Directors of One Hope Network
Steve Buss and Patti Buss believe in the unlimited potential of the united Church in a city, and lead the One Hope Network in Eugene, Oregon. Together, they facilitate unity of the Church in their community, by leading strategic prayer and spearheading many collaborative serving initiatives. One Hope Network launched in 2006, and now has over 91 PARTICIPATING CHURCHES & MINISTRIES. Steve and Patti have been missionaries with YWAM, and served in various pastoral roles before starting One Hope. For more information, check out their website, OneHopeNetwork.org.

Through March 2018 Chap served as chair of Christian Discipleship department and professor of Practical Theology and Youth, Family, and Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary. In addition, for seven years Chap was also Vice Provost at Fuller in charge of Regional campuses and Strategic Initiatives. He has been a senior editor, a pastor, a Sojourner contributing writer, and is currently president of ParenTeen™. Chap is a speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, as well as author or co-author of 25 books. Chap retired as lead pastor from St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach, CA in November 2021 and is spending the next season developing a new equipping and coaching ministry. For nearly ten years, he served as a college pastor on the campus of the University of Oregon. Then, for another decade, planted and pastored a missional church in urban Portland, Oregon called Theophilus that continues to worship to this day. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor of Bible, theology, and world Christianity at Bushnell University. As well, he leads a Doctor of Ministry program around the Holy Spirit and Leadership at Fuller Seminary and has taught at Multnomah University, London School of Theology, LIFE Pacific, and Southeastern University. He is the author of ten books, including Redeeming How we Talk (Moody), After Doubt (Brazos), and the award-winning Subversive Sabbath (Brazos). As well, he is the co-host of the “In Faith and Doubt” podcast with New Testament scholar Dr. Nijay Gupta that reaches thousands each week. He loves Jesus deeply, has been married to Quinn for eighteen years, and is the proud father of one son, Elliot. They live and work on an urban farm in Eugene, Oregon.

Song Writer & Worship Pastor
Scott Riggan is a songwriter and worship pastor who lives on a small ranch in Idaho with his family. In his long career as a recording artist, Scott has toured the globe (four continents and counting) playing his music for new friends far and wide. After a long break from songwriting, he is back with a new project (Beautiful and Terrible).
During the week of Convention, Scott will be leading us in worship, as well as offering a Worship Leader workshop.
