Lead Pastor--Thurston Christian Church (Springfield, OR)

The Lead Pastor position at TCC is a ministry role loaded with opportunity for an experienced leader!

Thurston is a family-friendly community within the Springfield-Eugene metro area. We have solid schools, great parks…and huge numbers of people who are spiritually adrift. We are eager to reach our neighbors and draw them into the family of faith.

If you come to TCC, you’ll find a healthy church of ~200 people. A church with a rich past that is looking toward a more vibrant future. A church beginning to rebound from the pandemic and ready to take ministry to the next level.

We're looking for a Lead Pastor who will:

…Preach biblically-based sermons that will encourage the faithful and resonate with spiritual seekers.

…Help us continually build deeper relationships with each other and with God.

…Show us how to love the unchurched and draw them to Jesus.

Preferred Background:

+ Bible College Graduate (Restoration Movement school preferred).

+ At least 5 years of Lead Pastor experience.

+ Demonstrated ability to raise up volunteers and leaders.
